You may use these calculators for your own purposes, personal or commercial, without charge and without asking. You may share the links they produce — that is what they are for.

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, current or available, and to the extent the law allows we exclude liability for loss arising from relying on it. See the disclaimer for what the figures actually are.

Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act that cannot lawfully be excluded.

What you may not do

Do not attempt to disrupt the site or the people using it: no attacks on availability, no attempts to break into anything, no scraping at a rate that degrades service for others, and no presenting the figures as somebody else’s professional advice.

The content

The rates and rules come from the offices that publish them and belong to them. The wording, design, code and derivations here are ours. Quote us with a link; do not republish the site wholesale as your own.

Links to other sites

Every rate here links out to the office that publishes it — the ATO, a state revenue office, the IRD. Those sites are theirs, not ours: we do not control what they say, and a link is not an endorsement or a guarantee that the page still says what it said when it was checked.

Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top will say when. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.

If part of this does not hold

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them still stand.

Governing law

The laws of India govern these terms. That choice cannot take away a right the law gives you where you live: an Australian or New Zealand reader keeps the consumer guarantees named above, which cannot be excluded by agreeing to a different country's law.
